Benjamin Sisko hid the ring he proposes to Kasidy Yates in his model house. We thought this was an unusual engagement ring, but at least now we know what engagement rings are like in the 23rd century. Of course, the marriage of Benjamin and Kasidy will play a key part in the upcoming episodes.

Episode Info

Will Riker comes aboard DS9 while he’s on vacation. The amazing thing is that Riker is as smooth as can be with everyone (except O’Brien). He doesn’t seem like the regular wooden Riker. This is proven when he gets access to the Defiant, phasers Kira, and steals the Defiant! He’s actually Thomas Riker, who now is fighting for the Maquis! Sisko and Dukat must work together on Cardassia to capture the Defiant before Tom starts a war. The problem is that Dukat also has to deal with an Observer from the Obsidian Order, Karinas.

This episode’s photo shows mirror Kira decked out like Cleopatra complete with two bored-looking Vulcans pulling fans. What happened to the HVAC system on mirror Empok Nor? I almost took another shot of the TerRAN slaves processing ore, but it seemed a little overused. Also, we did find out that the ore they process is BajORE.

This episode’s picture is The Disappearing Bag. This bag contained Lieutenant Commander Calvin Hudson’s uniform. They talk and talk about this uniform, and it’s blatantly symbolic of  duty to Starfleet. Hudson, tired of Sisko throwing the uniform every time he gets a chance, finely disintigrates it with a phaser.
